Cheryl started WTE in 2017 when she felt it time to restructure her former training business to focus on more personal relationships between each horse and rider team. With almost 30 years of teaching & training experience, she is passionate about helping riders to meet their specific goals, no matter what their level. She enjoys bringing horses along as well, and feels that, in order to get a good feel of what the rider is working with, the best way to help a rider is to mount up herself. Her teaching style is laid back but serious, knowing it is important for a rider to feel confident and comfortable in order to progress. Cheryl has a strong work ethic and expects that of her riders as well, nothing comes easy in riding: “Do the work, but let’s have some fun doing it! I am here to support you and help you and your horse’s confidence grow and ability shine. You will find the reward in every one of your successes”.
